Here is a strange development.
Back on September 16th I had flied a report on PeopleClaim in an attempt to put pressure on Dan to give me my refund.
My claim was this:
"I have tried to resolve this problem by contacting you directly, and through PayPal resolution. You still refuse to give me a refund even though you never sent my coop. Please contact PayPal immediately and inform them that you will refund my $1,384.00."
Today I get an email saying that he has accepted my terms, with these notes:

Refund: Alexandria coop Oct 01 2013 $1,384.00
I find it very humorous that he "accepted" my terms, since he never voluntarily gave me a refund. PayPal forced him to give me my money back.
I think he is trying to do some PR damage control to make it look like he worked with me and
he was the one who decided to give me the refund. I wonder what he plans to do with my BBB complaint...
