Anyone have nice quality Welsummers(or eggs) in PA?

I wanted to start some Welsummers and got hatching eggs from mothergoose.
Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it's going to be a good hatch(rough shipping).
I would consider chicks or hatching eggs that I could possibly pick up depending on location.
