I have both standard and bantam breeds in my flock. I raised them together, in the brooder, and in grow-out coops.
My dominant rooster is a standard EE and he keeps the banty roosters in check. The banty guys sometimes duke it out with flared neck feathers and a jump or two, but nothing causing injury.
It is funny to see the bantam roosters attempting to seduce LF hens.... Most of the ladies just walk away.
We're a happy, mixed flock.
