Did you get them, and have you tried it yet?

No I didn't, it's been dry here and we may be moving. I still think there is a place for some this just wasn't the time. I'm still interested in eating some and see how it taste.

Do you have any favorite recipes for lamb that you could share?

Not really. I do some crusted chops, BBQ pulled shank. My wife makes Greek seasoned meatballs and tzatziki sauce on pita. Mostly cook/grill make gravy, taters and eat.
