Hi I found a quail breeder who is selling the first silver quail hatching eggs to legally come to the united states, he is selling a limited number of Varity pack consisting of 15 hatching eggs for $100 (they don't hatch true to color yet so you will get one of the silver mutations lavender, blue, charcoal blue , silver, tuxedo and cream. may have missed a color), I don't want to buy a full batch and was wandering if anyone is interested in trying there hand at this rare color mutation with me.

The breeder is James Marie Farms and you'll find most members here are already aware he is selling silvers or are on his list for an order (although I'm sure you can find someone to split an order with). JMF is the most popular/largest/highest quality coturnix operation in the US.

The reason I'd advise against splitting an order is that shipped eggs usually have no better than a 50% hatch rate so it's possible you'd end up with just a couple or none at all with only 7 eggs.

Really I didn't know the hatch rate was so low. But anyway I can't seem to find anyone to split the order with me.
