Anyone in the Sacramento area willing to take in a baby chick?

I took in a 2 day old baby chick that was abandoned by it's mother in a car. It had some problems at first but I've been keeping it on a heating pad and letting it sleep with hot water bottles, it seems to be fully recovered now. But my dogs will not leave it alone and I don't have the right equipment or yard to raise it. So far I haven't found anyone that will take it :/
