Anyone incubating this week

I was wondering if anyone was loading there incubator this week for Christmas chickies.

I am having some Marans, SPR's, and Olive Eggers shipped to me today. With any luck I'll have them on Wed. and will be able to add them to my bator that night along with some of my own Blue and Splash Orp. eggs. If that is the case, they will be due to hatch on Nov. 4th, so technically they will be Thanksgiving chicks!

Are you adding eggs to a bator this week?

Yes, I should receive some EE eggs that I ordered Wen. also and along with a dozen EE eggs from my own flock.

This is it for me until the spring, so I'm hoping for a good hatch.

Me too,I wouldn't hatch these but my daughter is throwing a fit wanting to see them hatch.She missed the first batch that we did.

Well then you better hatch them, hadn't you?!?!

I really probably shouldn't hatch these (my DH is less than thrilled about it, but that could be because every time my bator comes out, it doesn't stop for several months

) but I want to try Marans one more time and also build up my Blue and Splash stock for spring.

I have a few more silkys and ameraucanas
in the bator hatch date was the 10 have 4 silkys and 5 amerac. Iam hoping for more but itdosent look promising.
