I don’t disagree.If you're trying to make a point I'll make mine.
IMO it's pretty difficult to nail down any chick as a guaranteed certain breed unless it has obvious features that aren't very common.
If you throw in the option of it maybe being a mixed breed then it's pretty much impossible to say with any certainty.
It did but now doesn't?I don’t disagree.
My point was the chick had yellow skin.
I guess. What's your explanation?It did but now doesn't?
Does skin color change or?
Thanks for all your help! I don't mind that much about specific breeds, I was just curious!
I'm disappointed about that chick being a cockerel. I thought it might be, but that one is my favourite! Unfortunately I can't keep roosters in my urban area, but I will find a good home for him.
The chick could have gone from yellow to white because we think she has a B2 deficiency at the moment (we are giving her tablets)
Thanks again for your help!![]()
Buff pullet. In a thread where she was younger her skin obviously had a lot of yellow pigment. It no longer does, for some reason. What makes you think the yellow chick or the white chick, I'm not sure which one you referring to, has a vitamin B2 deficiency?
Ohhh...OP thinks The skin changed color because of the vitamin deficiency.Buff pullet. In a thread where she was younger her skin obviously had a lot of yellow pigment. It no longer does, for some reason.
