Anyone know how Fairbanks Alaska is RE: Local chicken laws & ordinances?

Hi all,
I'm new to chickens, not new to Fairbanks though.
I'm moving back from Maryland to Fairbanks to my old home that I still own. Does anyone know how Fairbanks Alaska is regarding raising hens only? Not interested in roosters, just the hens.
Our house is zoned as Multi Family (that much I discovered) but then I've hit a brick wall and other than calling SOMEONE in Alaska (which I don't prefer to do as of yet since we won't be raising chickens till next break up and summer) I feel like I'm kind of stuck.
Appreciate any help on this!

Yea, I was finding it very general. No real "NO YOU CANNOT" type of bits. Spent a whole afternoon on it recently. LOL
