Anyone know much about European type Araucanas? PICS

Any one know much about European type Araucanas?

I have 4 Araucana chicks. My Lavender chick is now about 3 1/2 months old and i also have 3 6 week old Red/Black Araucanas. I am suspicious of my 3 Red/blacks as they have crests which my lavender does not? Also one red/black chick hatched with a vaulted skull? Has this been seen in araucanas before? Do these guys look like they should or have i got cross breeds? Also 1 chick has a pink comb, Roo? I got the eggs off Ebay, and they were a lovely blue/green, but only means the hen was an Araucana! Who was dad? LOL

Hmm...do they have tails? I think Araucanas are supposed to be tailless.

I'm guessing this goes for European types, too???

ETA: Dotty and Frankie look like Polish crosses. And I'm afraid that I have to tell you that eggs don't have to be from an Araucana to be green or blue.

No European araucanas can have tails as standard though we do have rumpless too.

My Lavenders tufts are just starting to form nicely now but didn't really show when she was little.

Mother might have been Araucana or Ameraucana- I think Dad was Sneaky.

I thought it was a long shot as this is an american website, may try a uk site but this is better than any uk site i've found so far!

There are quite a few European chicken people on here, though. Hopefully they'll see this and be able to help.
