Anyone know of any good middle names for Archer?

I thought William sounded better also but my husband thought it might be to long. William is both of our dad's first names. We didn't want to use it as a first due to it being way to overly popular around here and it isn't one of our favorite names. I don't mind it as a MN especially if for some reason he didn't like the first name and decided to use his MN instead.

We do have a bunch of John's in the family already.

I just find this whole thread adorable. If you are putting all of this thought into every detail I am sure you will be terrific parents! Archer is great first name. Archer Odin has a nice, strong sound to it.

I like Archer James. Maybe Archer Alan, if you like alliteration. Or Archer Drew?

I think having a fairly traditional middle name with a more non-traditional first name is smart, because you never know WHAT the kids in school later will do with a non-traditional name. (from experience with a friend named Sacagawea. No lie.)

And make sure his full name initials don't spell something strange, like Garth Andrew Sexton= G.A.S. Once knew a kid with initials HAM.

Just my $0.02 :)

I chose my children's names with one thing in mind. How would the sound if the child was knighted, or indeed elevated to the peerage. I mean, who ever heard of a Sir Wayne, or lady Tracy. For that reason they were called Victoria, Edward and Clare. So far no knighthoods though, but when it comes, we are ready!

Archer Zavier. It is hard to help with a middle name when you don't know how it will sound with whatever the last name is. I am sure you will find something great that will suit your boy. .
