Anyone know Pasco Washington 'in town' laws ?

Call the town hall and ask to see the city and or county summary ordinance or better yet ask them to send you a copy of your local ordinance regarding animals and animal control.

Do not ask them if you can keep poultry, chances are they will only tell you what they think the answer is.

Also, if you live in a community you will have to make sure that there arent any conveyances against keeping poultry or livestock, chickens are considered livestock in most areas.

There is a section on animals that defines 'livestock' to include fowl, but I didn't see anything more specific.
