anyone know someone who has pink egg layers?

Yeah, not all of Buff Orpingtons lay pink eggs. I have a couple of different neighbors with BOs and theirs lay the more common brown. They came from Welp hatchery.

I have a bantam BO that lays yellowy creamy colored eggs, very pretty!

I got 4 BO from the same source and only one of them lays pink. It is very pretty but they should lay a brown egg. I also have a mutt that lays a pink egg that has little white specks on it. I like it because I can always pick her egg out from everybody else's to incubate it because I really love her chicks.

My orps lay light brown eggs--I say--but pink eggs--says DH. I will admit that next to the Marans or Wyandotte the look more pink than brown, but would not call them pink really.
