The breed is Turkey. What variety of turkey they are remains to be seen but the appearance of the ones that are not in the glare is Bronze.

They are far too young to sex from pictures.

the one standing on the far left looks like a slate. I have an adult and a poult and they have yellow heads like that until they grow into adults. The other standing one may be a Red Bourbon, but it's hard to tell with the glare.

I guarantee you that there are no Bourbon Reds in that photo.

Do you know about what age could I sex them

I can normally sex mine when they are 2 months old but I am not doing it just by looks but also by behaviors. Most turkeys can be sexed between three to six months old by physical traits except in the case of a very late developing tom.
