Anyone know what’s on my chickens beak and comb?

Hi there, I’m newly joined but I’ve read threads the past couple years as I started my own flock. I noticed a couple weeks ago what looked like a mole on my hen’s beak or thought maybe she got a little poo on herself as they can from time to time. Unfortunately it has grown and I’m not sure what this could be. None of my other hens have this. I will add that beginning of summer I lost a couple of my hens and had one sent off per my vet to see what was wrong and it came back she had a egg crack in her stomach and tumors and mereks, since then I e lost half my flock. It’s been a very emotional heartbreaking ordeal, because I love them very much. I read some can be strong enough to only be carriers of it and live. With that being said this is a first, and I’m not sure if it’s from that or something else? Any advice would be appreciated. Here is a picture of my baby girl Dovey. I have never seen anything like this on any of my chickens.

I'm so sorry for your losses!

I don't think growths like this is a symptoms of Mareks but I could be wrong.

Do you live in an area with a lot of mosquitos? If so, this could be fowl pox. If that's what it is, it should go away after a while.

Yes we do have mosquitos here in the South. I read on a post you can put Colgate toothpaste on it if it’s fowl pox.

And no it isn’t dirt it poo lol I tried cleaning when I first saw it. Thank you both for you input.

Should I quarantine her until better if it’s fowl pox. I don’t want it spreading.

If it's fowl pox, i believe it mostly spreads by mosquitos so separating her may cause more undue stress. I wouldn't personally (as long as the others aren't pecking at her) but that choice is yours.

I'm not sure about toothpaste but I do know touching it may cause it to spread on her skin.

Thank you, and no they are not pecking her, she is pretty normal acting besides that on her face which worried me. I appreciate the advice.
