Anyone know what’s wrong with my chickens wing?

Is it feather damage or damage to the wing itself?

My first thought is that she either broke the feathers or possibly got into something that's making them stick together like that. I've had chickens with broken feathers and it can look quite alarming at first.
I’m starting to think it might be the feathers damaged as when I felt the actual wing it felt exactly the same as the other one

Did you clip the flight feathers? If not, it looks like they got caught somewhere and broken off. If it wasn't done deliberately it's odd that they are all broken at the same length. Without being able to feel it, I'm not really sure what's going on. Maybe she got the wing caught somewhere and injured it and broke the feathers getting it loose. Is the actual wing underneath (skin and bones) in the same position as the other normal one? It appears to be at a different angle, but really I can only see the feathers, so maybe not seeing the whole thing.
This might be helpful, what should be where:

Her feathers were clipped around a year ago I think, I’m pretty sure the actual wing was identical to the other one

Then, as long as it's not bothering her, she's getting around, eating, drinking, poops are normal, you may just want to watch for a few days, see if it resolves with a little time. If the feathers are catching on things you could trim them shorter so they don't. New feathers will come in when she molts, if all is well then they should be normal.

That would be my best guess if it doesn't seem to be bothering her otherwise. It will most likely resolve with her next molt.

Thank you both 🙏 will just wait and see what happens

Good news! 😃 wing looking a lot better today seems to be healing itself, exscuse the photo bomb in the last picture 😅
