Anyone know what happened to my hen’s face??

She was perfectly normal last night. Whatever happened, happened today. I have a feeling it’s a wasp sting, since I have wasps that live nearby, but I’m not sure. Thank you in advance!

It could be swollen from a sting or she could be showing signs of s sinus infection. Watch for any bubbles or foam in that eye. You could try giving her 1/4 tablet of Benadryl 25 mg orally once to see if it helps. If that doesn’t help in a day or so, I might send off for Tylosin.

No foam, no bubbles, and she’s acting completely normal, aside from her face looking uncomfortable. (There’s no nasal discharge either.)
