Anyone know what this bump might be?

Hey guys, I know this might be a long shot but I was wondering if anyone knows what this bump is under my pekins middle toe might be? Sorry for the bad picture, my spouse isn’t here to hold her up. She’s also limping, picking that leg up more, and laying down more. Right now she’s isolated in her own fence within the duck fence to limit how much she can walk while still being able to see the other ducks. She’s also the one my drake has been picking on and he’s been in drake jail since Monday if that’s is relevant.

it may or may not be related to how shes acting (recovering from too much drake)
