That almost looks like a meat spot but I'm not sure. Let's see if some more experienced people can get back to you.

It's what you'd call a meat spot. Likely a piece of Follicle.
Just remove from the whites and cook your egg as normal.

You will find meat spots in your eggs every so often, but it's nothing to worry about as far as your chickens' health
