Anyone know what type of chicken this is?

She lays white eggs that are the same size as the large eggs from the grocery store.

That was my guess, but i really know nothing about chickens. except they poop a lot and I get a lot of flies. (like the one on her beak)

That's a white leghorn hen.They lay tons of eggs on not a whole lot of food, they're the breed most grocery store eggs come from.
