As I've said about a few of my other chickens I've been told that this chicken is this? He just called them the quail bantams? Said they were true bantams whatever that means? Any help would be appreciated. One is supposed to be a hen(the smallest one that's being held) and one is a rooster..and the one sitting on the lid is supposed to be a hen..that's all I know..all three are extremely friendly and like being held.

They are not Belgian Bearded D’Anvers as they would have rose combs. It’s possible that they are single comb sports that are culls from a breeding flock. Although it’s more likely kept they are a mixed breed Bantam. Possibly Old English Game Bantams.

Quail is a colour.
True bantams are bantams with no large fowl counterpart. Sebright bantams, for instance, exist only in miniature. There are no large fowl sebrights.
I can't think of any true bantams that look like that. The closest is a Dutch bantam, and they have white earlobes. I think you have Old English Game bantams, but I'll tag @Gray Farms so he can confirm or deny.

EDT: OEGbs are not true bantams. But those have the droopy wings and general body shape, and OEGbs come in almost every colour variety under the sun.

Old English bantams :love
I have two boys and they are the sweetest. Make sure you give the roo lots of attention so he is nice.
