Anyone know where I can get my birds processed in Southeastern MN?

Because I really don't want to do it myself....

I'm near Hastings, anything south of the Twin Cities would be great. I don't know where to look!

There is a meat locker in Kenyon that will do them. They charge $2 a bird and I think that they only process poultry on Weds. You need an appt and I would call well in advance. Otherwise there is a place called Callister Farm by West Concord.....they are an E2 plant and I'm not sure if they process for other people or not. I went to just processing myself cuz there are not a whole lot of places in this area to have it done.

Thanks... I'm really trying to avoid doing it myself, but the more I think about it the more I just may do it myself.
