Hi, I don't post much, but troll through for info. I built a cabinet hatcher but isn't big enough, so I have to put the overflow eggs in a LG. I was given a chest freezer and was thinking it may work, but everything will be on the horizontal, so I am wondering about placement of fan, heating , water for proper air flow etc. Unless I stand it upright, and use it that way, but I was thinking it would be more efficient with a single level. I found the temp varies in my other one and the middle shelf does not hatch well. ( I may need a bigger fan. Anyone have any experience with this sort of idea?? Thanks!
