My neighbor went on the internet and found an easy pattern and made the cutest aprons for her two grandchildren. The five year old can't do anything for her mother without wearing the apron. So cute!

First for me too, but one apron had easter egg print on it (from Walmart) with a bright apple green ribbon, which is looped through, not sewn. I googled and found the tea towel version. Little girls like to dress up. Yesterday I saw two little girls in town wearing princess tutu, etc. I hate to be in a trend so here I am with chickens, and I've worn aprons for decades! If I find a cute tea towel, I will try to sew one--don't have a little girl to give to right now. It would make a unique gift, though. My neighbor's aprons were cuter than the examples in the "Simply healthy family" website.
