I was talking about the Canby location being sold. I did go to the "new" website and the logo is the same.

I would not get anywhere near these people if they are the same, and I can't imagine anyone using that business name that wasn't connected to the scamming cheats that stole so much money from customers and vendors alike. I don't care how much they change their business model...people like this who steal have no accountability.

Sorry to hear, but you're not alone. This guy must have brass ones to try this s**t again. Putting up a web page with no contact information is the first clue. I warn people off him all the time. Crooked is as crooked does...the amount of money ripped off of people must put him in the felon category?

Even though it was five months after the fact, I got the charges reversed on my VISA. I feel really lucky. They charged my card in January last year and I was supposed to get chicks in June. Of course, no chicks. I went ahead and disputed the charge (limit is 60 days) and it worked out for me. There is an "F" rating with the BBB.
