Anyone own a serama cockerel?

I am looking for get a serama cockerel and a few hens, so I can breed them. Supposedly the serama cockerel has a very quiet crow - anyone know if this is true?

They are quiet for their size, but not all are really quiet you can look them up on youtube to hear for yourself. Just Search Serama or Serama crow.

We breed a line of squeaky roosters...let me see if I can find you the YouTube link....

Thankfully I will only have one! Looks like there is a bit more crowing if the roosters have competition from each other. I will have a rooster and at four four hens to him.

That's true, it should help!
But I know someone who has to get rid of hers because he crows all the time... I guess you wont know until you get him and see how it goes! Best of luck though!
