anyone raise ducks in Delaware?

I'm 10 minutes from Delaware, but actually in Maryland. I looked for a Delaware thread but didn't find one.

I'm wondering if anyone knows someone who sells Cayuga ducklings in Delaware?
I checked on the buy, sell, trade forum but didn't have any luck.
