Anyone recognize the breed?

I hatched this rooster from an egg 22 weeks ago. He has a thin line of feathers down each leg. Possible cross between two breeds?

He is a mixed breed. He has some barring a generation or so back, and looks to be from straight comb stock. Not sure where the feather legs would have come from, unless some Marans was there somewhere? He's a handsome young man!
