I think I'll stick with my fresh eggs straight outta the chicken coop, thanks, where I know when it was laid, what birds it came from, how they're treated, what they eat, and so on. And anyone planning on buying a dozen of eggs at the store is welcome to a free dozen from my birds. Not that anyone on BYC needs them, but...you know what I mean!

Not to support the show, but when you are talking about labels on an egg carton- free range really doesn't mean too much. I can't bring myself to buy store bought eggs, and the ones I would buy are like $6.00 a dozen. When they say "free range eggs are the same" they aren't talking about how WE (and our girls) know it to be.
