Normal recommended egg withdrawl is 14 days from dose, so with two doses 10 days apart that would be 24 days. Some people ignore the withdrawl, you will need to do that which you are comfortable with. which instructs on treating with no withdrawl, I personally have not done it this way, I want to KNOW that each bird got the correct dose. I always direct dose each bird, but here it is if you want to consider it.
