Anyone tried scare eye balls to keep birds away?

In light of HPAI I’ve been thinking of different ways to keep songbirds away from the coop and run. I’m wondering if anyone here has tried scare eye balls? How affective were they? Did you have to move them often? Thanks

What are scare eyeballs? Try fake owls and snakes on the roof.

I really wouldn't worry much about small birds.
Looking back through my states Avian Influenza reports, it appeared that every wild bird found infected was either a water bird or bird of prey, mostly vultures.
