Anyone up for a Hatchalong?

Pics
I am watching everyone's hatch with excitement. I am glad mine is over. The stress for getting my girl was intense. One way or the other I got two. Now I look forward with great anticipation for them moving outside! Last year I raised emus in the Spring so they got booted a lot earlier than these three guys will. But, they keep me entertained on the daybed in my office.

OMG they are such rock starzzzzz! I love it at round 00:30 when one falls on his back and you only see legs pumping in the air. <3

She repeats that about a hundred times a day after sticking her head through the bars and jumping up and down if I leave the room. It's all good.

Wow! This is the first time on this forum. Those are sooooo cute! I'm tired just watching them! It's a good thing I only have a half acre or I'd be hatching those darlings too.

here are my eggs, bottom one is my biggest and smallest egg!
5 to a shelf next year the eggs will be bigger so I won't get to hatch as many.

I have to ask this but what is the difference between the Reptipro and this one I found on Ebay? The look almost exactly alike?

check this thread: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/616987/reptipro-5000-hatch-a-long

My understanding is that a while back Chris from Reptipro started out with something similar to the ebay one you linked. They replaced a lot of the internal parts. As time went by and they got some insight from people who hatch out birds they modified it so that the fan would run constantly..

Well.. now they are coming out with a newer model which addresses a few more things poultry hatching people asked for. The newest ones should be available the end of this month.. but I'll be waiting a bit before I get mine (waiting for it to be a birthday present to myself).

weigh in for the first 3 eggs again...

C-1
day 1 660 grams
On January 17, (day 7) 642 (18 g lost or 2.73%)
On January 24, (day 14) 627 (15 g lost since last weigh in 2.34%).

C-4
day 1 636 grams
On January 17, (day 7) 625 (11 g lost or 1.73%)
On January 24, (day 14) 613 (12 g lost 1.92%)

C
day 1 681 grams
On January 17, (day 7) 667 (14 g lost or 2.06%)
On January 24, (day 14) 655 (12g lost 1.80%)

Moving them around seems to have helped a bit.. I'm going to weigh the other 3 eggs in the Reptipro tomorrow and see how they are doing.

Today I am firing up the Brinsea eco 20 since i have the last two eggs due to arrive within the next few days. That will give me 15 eggs total.. hopefully between the three incubators and 15 eggs I have something hatch out! lol

All the eggs were shipped.. I think if I could have found someone with local eggs I would feel more confident in the hatch since I know how shipped eggs can suffer a lot of damage in transit,.
