Anyone use poultry nipples for quail?

Hey all,
I currently have a gravity feed system with poultry nipples for my chickens. Will they work for quail as well? If so, how many would I need per bird?

The guy I got my quail uses them for his birds and says it works great. But I think he said the quail needed a different size nipple than chickens. He got his from quailsupply.com, and I'll be ordering some for my birds this week.

They use the same size nipple & one nipple per 10 birds give or take.
