Anyone use this?

So it snowed and for the last couple of days, the pond has been frozen. My two ducks were despondent so I took them inside and they splashed around in the tub lol! If I break the ice in the pond they don’t like the ice chunks bumping into them and they hate the pond de icer! Sigh. I have lots of straw down outside and in their house and they seem to stick to those areas. Maybe my ducks are spoiled...they have a ceramic low heat bulb in their house that is on a timer, it comes on for 30 minutes every other hour at night.
I might hold off on the heat mat, seems like everybody else’s ducks are tougher than mine!
