Anyone using a solar panel, battery and timer kit from DHA for their automatic door?? IT WORKS!!!!!!

I finally figured it out!!! I completely bypassed the timer and it works GREAT

. Off to ACE hardware for connectors etc. I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!

Well it worked for one day

have had so much trouble with it and don't get my emails and or phone calls returned!! Frustrating!
I will maybe add an add-a-motor to the door and hope it works?? any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated

I am not familiar with the DHA product. We recently finished our coop and installed an automatic door from chickendoors.com. It has a sensor to open at sunrise and close at dark and runs on solar using a trickle battery. My husband installed ours without much trouble. It has worked flawlessly, and I can't imagine doing without it.
