I have no idea on this breed. Posting these for a friend. Two Polish Bantams @ 9 weeks old.

Look different...she is thinking one is a boy. Close up picture is the one that she thinks is a boy.

Thanks.

This is a bit young for Polish to be sexed. The two birds show different levels of development, so it could be you have one of each. But both show more wattle development that I would expect at 9 weeks, so I think you may have two males. Give it a little more time before making a final decision.
Thank you. At what age can Polish breeds be definitively known as pullets?

13 to 14 weeks should be enough time for the males to grow male specific feathering that will set them apart. In the meantime, watch the wattles. If the smaller one has a lot of growth and color breaking out in that area in the next two or three weeks, then it is most likely a cockerel.

Great. Thank you. Here is a close up of the other one, but I will let her know to watch.

I'm leaning more so, cockerel. That's a lot of red for a 9 week old.

But could you check for saddle feathers?
Thanks. This is not my chicken; I am posting for a friend. She is a newbie and I don't know if she could really tell what males specific feathering is. I may get a chance to go and see the birds in the next two weeks. We are pretty sure the one with the big wattles is a boy. Do you think the other is also a boy too? The two look so different, but I know that really doesn't matter . :)
