Well, you may be happy, cause I think Peck is a rooster, too.

Crud. Can anyone tell me why y'all are thinking roosters? Is it the large comb and the fact that it's getting red so quickly? or is there something else that screams rooster?

And at what age will it become very apparent? I'll have to get rid of them before the kids get too attached.

I think you are right, juliechick. Peck's comb is very pink/redish today and I can see little waddles (I think that's what they are called) forming.

yeah cookie and lemon look like roos but cant eb too sure certin breeds are know to devolp at a faster rate and sense both male and females ahve combs and wattles cant be to sure
