What I find odd is that they actually map out where these 'participants' live... are they REALLY that stupid, or are the CRs just suicidal? How in the nine hells do they think this is going to improve neighbor relations? Sure Jerry Jones is thrilled the area is looking nicer, but I really don't care if my neighbor's truck hasn't moved in a year... it's in their drive, on concrete, NOT blocking anyone's way but theirs so leave them alone. GAH! My mom refuses to live here because of them. My Uncle as well. My OTHER Uncle too, though also the schools suck where he was at. Bad enough where they're running citizens (legal ones, the ones living 50 to a house with four roos and a goat aren't touched) out of town.

Edit... just notice they've updated the application to be in Vietnamese AND Spanish... wonder how THAT's going...
