Anyone with silkies in ohio????

Hi. I have a broody pet quality silkie hen. Yes she decided to go broody in this heat wave. Anyway I am looking for some good quality fertile eggs for her to hatch and raise. I am looking for white, paint, blue, black, splash or an assortment of any of these colors. I think that a half dozen would be fine. I can drive a decent way to get them. I have not had any luck with shipped eggs especially with this heat. Thank you all.

Hey have you checkd your local craigslist? I had problems to, but kept checking ad and finally stumble across few people who had silkies and sell hatching eggs

Yeah. The only one who I have ever seen post on there sold her roo 2 weeks ago so doesnt have any fertile eggs for another month or two until her younger roo matures. Thanks though.
