I used markers to color it in, a multi-liner pen for the outlines, then some fine point sharpies for the dots on the outside

Oh cool! I never buy art supplies, but I have a monthly subscription to an art box that comes in the mail monthly, so that's how I got my Copics. That's how I got most of my art stuff actually I'd like to get some more Copics eventually because everything I see done with them I love, and I hear they're pretty awesome.
