Anything coming up South Central Texas?

I am interested in getting a couple more laying hens, want some that are interesting to look at. I guess I would like to "window shop" to see what I like. Interested in knowing of anywhere in south Central Texas where might be a variety to look & learn about, and also buy at the same time?

Callahan's General Store in Austin, TX tends to sell a lot of different breeds of chicks. You'd have to call and see what they have ahead of time, though, because it seems to be always changing! I don't know how to tell what they'll look like when grown though...
