Anything else i need to do for them?

I have 3...1 month old baby serama chicks they are in a fish aquarim with a house light in the corner if they need it i feed and water them 4 or 5 times a day and each time i do that i clean there cage is there any thing else i need to do?Can they go outside or run around the bedroom to get some exersice/play time?

Seramas will need protected "play time." Small chickens are very vulnerable to aerial predator attack.
