Anything I can do to help hens with clipped beaks?

My FFA chapter recently received around 18 hens from two different donors. However, the first donor gave us hens with really bad clipped beaks. We are grateful for the hens, but concerned for them. Is there anything we can do to help

Hi! I would make sure they have deeper food dishes so they can get their feed better. I wonder if with some of the less severe they will grow back. Tagging @Shadrach for additional insight
