Apdoe 12 egg incubator

Has anyone bought this Apdoe 12 egg incubator? I’m having issues with humidity I’m just leaving my house for work and for the past hour I’ve been fighting on getting the humidity to come down each day I come back from work I’ll notice it’s at 53-68 but just leaving it kept climbing up to 60 any ideas on how I can get this to come down?

Many times humidity level issues can be rectified by changing the location of where the incubator is located. Maybe see if you could move it, and if that helps.

I would also get a separate thermometer/hygrometer to test your incubator as it may not be accurate. I own three Brinsea 64EX's and none are correct. Many of us like the Govee brand from Amazon as they have apps for your phone.

I just bought a govee on Amazon thanks! I have seen really nice progress each day well this is the third day!

I usually wait until Day 7 as you won't see too much at Day 3.

That's the day you know you can toss any that aren't developing. The ones that are will look like a spider is in there...a dark blob with veins coming from it.

You could candle a week later, but I wait until lockdown to do my final one, to remove any that may have died along the way.
