So it was what I think (I maybe biased lol) the most stressful hatch I have ever had 1st time incubating in years new incubator. Lockdown week my oldest child (11) gets atypical appendicitis (we did not know thats what it was)Wednesday, Friday we end up rushing to a specialist in the city 3 hours away. Today got diagnosis( he's absolutely fine now ) mean while my chicks are piping and hatching I had friends sending me pictures BUT I can do nothing. Happily we currently have 12 chicks out of 31 eggs with lots more piped and today was day 21. So it worked out healthy child and almost 50% hatched now.

Welcome to BYC!
Glad you made it through the most stressful part and are still alive!
Nothing beats a healthy child...you can hatch again anytime!
Congrats.

Thanks 15 out, 7 or 8 pipped in eggs and 6 confirmed unhatchable. So it all worked out but man what a weekend lol!!!!
