Here is a pair I hatched. I have another hen and have a younger quad.

The eggs are cream colored. I hatched some over the summer. I am not impressed with the hens...but the rooster is AMAZING !

Thanks, my little roo didn't make it, but our pullet is really friendly. My DD loves her. (I agree, not the prettiest. She kinda looks like an Easter Egger to me.)

The females may not be the most beautiful, but what they lack in looks they make up for in personality. My girls are so friendly. I call them lap chickens. They want to be held.

Yes, my pullets are very friendly, too. The cockerels are the meanest I've ever raised... not towards me but towards ever other cockerel and even some pullets.

I recently got some three week old chicks from Omega Farms....all I can say is, WOW.....super nice birds. I fell in love with them and have four and decided to get some more. I got 20 from Omega and they are superb. I have fallen in love with them again. In case, you ever decide to buy any, I recommend Omega. They sent super nice stock, healthy and great communication. I also got some Ausbuger Chicks as well...again, superb and healthy. In fact, I like them so much that I am selling most of my Rhodebar Flock and putting them in that pen!
