Apple Cider Vinegar in Corid for cocci

So I read here that ACV makes chickens drink more because they like they flavor, could I put some in with my birds corid mixture so they'd drink more? They're not drinking a whole lot and noticeably going downhill with cocci, lots of standing around with fluffed up feathers. We're just going into the 2nd day of treatment, I suppose I could give them 2 options acv and no acv and see which goes faster? Also it wouldn't make their diarrhea worse would it?

Also will ACV with corid cause a chemical reaction? I hadn't thought of it but I read it from a users post.

I had mine on Sulmet for days and days, because it wasn't as fast as it seems to have once been. Then I got the girlies on yoghurt.
