Apple Cider Vinegar

No. I think it is to prevent/treat sour crop.

Wormers include:

Pumpkin seeds have some prevention activity. For an active infestation I would recommend chemicals. Laying hens have no available wormers unless you use wormers off-label. There is only one wormer approved for poultry (non-layers).

Toss eggs after giving wormers- usually folks are tossing for a couple of weeks I read on BYC.

I have heard of some using it as a wormer, but from my understanding it is only a worm preventative; once the birds become worm infested you have to use something else to get rid of them.

God bless,
Daniel.

Apple cider vinegar is not a wormer. It lowers gut PH to help with bacterial issues and helps with calcium absorption. ChickensAreSweet is correct, it can help prevent sour crop. I have always added ACV in their water and have never had a sour crop issue since owning chickens.
