apple idea

I have lots and lots of apples, I need idea on what to do with them.

I already made apple Sauce, apple Pie, apple muffins, and dehydrated lots of apples, what else should/could I make ???

How do you make apple cider?

I make 50 to 75 gallons each year. I wash, then grind the apples, place in press, bottle and refrigerate.

apple turnovers? I usually make a bunch but don't cook them. I freeze them and when I feel like a turnover I throw one in the oven.
