Apple phone App issues

I can’t type more then 2-3 letters before it glitches and my key pad goes away. It give me lots of trouble when I am trying to write down my emergencies. I can delete and reinstall the app and it is the same. It is the same on Safari. Do I need the membership to fix this?

Don't know ... I use the app for my Iphone and Ipad with no problems. Use FireFox on my laptop. Only problem that I have with FireFox is that it won't let me post images off my apple equipment. If I want to post an image I have to do it from my phone or Ipad.

A paid membership has nothing to do with app glitches. I don't use the app but use the browser version of BYC and find it works better than the app.

I have the same problem I find that when it happens just to close the app out and got back and first thing to do is type that I might work. Or at least a little bit better.

The android version is messed up also, I went back to using browser on the phone.
